This is a perfect study for those looking to get into the Old Testament and the kings of the time. This study focuses on Kings Asa, Jehoshapjat, Joash, Amaziah, Uzziah, Jotham, Hezekiah and Josiah. Some of these kings I was familiar with and others I knew nothing about so this was a perfect balance for me.
An eight week study that takes you through scripture and lifestyles of these king's of influence. With Five days of doing survey (digging out the truth from God's Word), excavate (an analysis and summary) and fieldnotes (interpretation, application). Weekly there is a section to pray what you've read and learned and also a section called artifacts where you can dig a little deeper.
For her first Bible study with Moody Publishers I really enjoyed this and look forward to her writing more in the future. Definitely recommend.
