Synopsis:
It's 1885, and all Nora Shipley wants, now that she's graduating from Cornell University as valedictorian of the entomology program, is to follow in her late father's footsteps by getting her master's degree and taking over the scientific journal he started. New to Kimberly Duffy, I wasn't sure what to expect when it came time to read. I admit, the cover and title is what intrigued me the most when it came to the book. I was hopefully that the story would be just as beautiful and I must say it was. I enjoyed the writing and pacing of the story. The characters were all amazing to me. I enjoyed Nora and her grit. India and Owen both made me laugh and Sita was a breathe of fresh air. Overall, I am thrilled to read more from Kimberly Duffy in the future.
