My Rating: 
Prayers for the Battlefield is a book of prayers for any mom (new, seasoned or aspiring) to pray over themselves, family and kids. It's broken into six sessions that allows you to focus your prayer on a specific aspect as a mom. There are prayers for when you're burdened, scared, courage and self-control. It even dives into prayers for the mom who needs help with bitterness, having a prodigal child and sexual sin. This is definitely a book needed in every mother's arsenal.

As a fan of Heidi's Becoming MomStrong Bible study and book, I knew I needed this book to complete the trio. I am big on prayer and knew this was a book I needed. I love that this is NOT just a book packed with prayers, but that it contains various scriptures on the topic to help you pray, insight and a prayer (obviously). The prayers are well thought out and written. They can be used for all and even personalized. This is phenomenal!
