Synopsis:

If you're a leader or aspiring leader this is a great biblical read. I love how Tyler gives practical tips and examples. He really dives in to meaning of a leader and how to be a leader. I like that this book is fully of sound, biblical wisdom and not just advice and stories from man. The book is well-written and filled with many questions for the reader to answer. I enjoyed reading this book and writing down my answers to the questions in a notebook as it made for an interactive reading experience. Overall, it's a pretty good book on leadership and how Jesus needs to always be involved in it.
