My Rating:
This book is perfect for teens and adults. It's geared towards teens ages 12-16 because of the way its formatted and the questions asked, but I think, as an adult myself, that this perfect for new adult believers as well. It goes through various promises of God broken into mini lessons that really dives deep into the promises by giving various scriptures to remember and meditate on, a place to journal which is called "Think and Respond" and then ends with a promise to God that can be prayed or written as a vow. This book is very useful as a study help for adults when studying various promises of God. I recommend this for personal use, youth leaders and anyone over the age of 12. Awesome study.
